MKI improves healthcare in countries where this leaves much to be desired, especially in Southern Africa. We give information and provide educational programs on hygiene and health, both to the employees in healthcare and to the local population. We do this in our information centres, training centres and youth centres.
Our workshops are not only based on academic knowledge, but also on many years of practical experience. In the course of the years we have built up a varied supply.
A selection of our workshops: Blood , Breast Cancer, Diabetes - understanding it!, Early Childhood Development, Female Hygiene, Hepatitis A, B & C, Hypertension, HIV/AIDS, Oral Health, Play it safe, Sexual Offenses, STI's, Tuberculosis.
All our trainings and workshops are low-threshold and are given at different levels, depending on the knowledge and the educational level of the participants. The programs have a large scope, also because the participants in their turn spread the acquired knowledge in their direct environment.
